Flovald ® valve was conceived as a solution that provides a simpler and lighter float valve with the ability to fill Storage Tanks from the bottom. The innovative patented design of Flovald ® uses one single inflow – outflow pipe which, in addition to representing savings in cost, allows to supply water from the fountain directly, even when the storage tank is empty.

Our valve is a simple 3-piece assembly that has proven to operate flawlessly and is straightforwardly installed. With the capability to withstand high pressures, and its simple design and operability, Flovald ® valve is virtually maintenance-free, opposed to other valves which used a leveler arm and adjustment rod.

The Flovald ® Float Valve is very easy to install.  It is designed to be installed directly onto your existing plumbing.

Flovald ® valves are built with an innovative design that will revolutionize the field of hydraulics by simplifying the processes of manufacture, installation, and maintenance.

1. Water enters the valve and into the tank through the Flovald ® valve, flowing around the obturator and internal free float (Figure 1).
2. Once the tank is full, the external float pulls the obturator up to close the upper opening of the valve, stopping flow into the tank, and allowing it to continue from the fountain to service (Figure 2). This represents an additional advantage that in some cases allows to reduce the size of the tank.
3. As the pressure decreases when water demand is higher than water supply, the pressure in the input – output pipe is lower than the existing in the upper opening of Flovald valve. The pressure of water in the tank, which is higher than the pressure in the input – output pipe, pushes down the internal free float, letting the water in the tank flow through the internal opening of the obturator, until the string of the external float comes loose, releasing the obturator and opening the upper orifice, thus allowing to empty or fill the tank (Figure 3).
